• The AI Venture Factory also has a specialised investor version that allows working with multiple companies sequentially
  
• The dashboard is built around the "Innovate" framework - a structured venture building process with 7 stages, 49 steps, and hundreds of sub-steps. It's also a broad ranging venture building AI agent
  
• Navigation is primarily through the "Steps" section in the dashboard, which should be followed in order (especially for the first 10 - 11 steps)
  
• The system includes an AI agents library organised by business function
  

Getting Started Process

• First step: Add your company information in the dashboard under Your Teamspace:
  • Company name
    
  • Company website link (if you have one)
    
  • Company blog link (optional)
    
  • One-sentence company description that starts with "which is a..."
    

• The one-sentence description of your idea is crucial for priming the system and our AI agent to your specific company / market and should include:
  • The answer to " [company name] is" (starting with "a" or "an")
    
  • Include information about your target audience
    
  • Specific details about the product/service
    
• Example: "A new web app to help tech startup founders in the UK and Europe to get their business ready for investors and fundraising"
  

Using the System

• After inputting your company information navigate to the Innov@te section under the 'AI VentureFactory System' - it's the 1st bullet. Familiarise yourself with Innov@te's step by step process for building your startup all the way from idea to exit with 7 stages, 49 steps and hundreds of sub-steps. Learn about this powerful venture building system.
  

• After working through Innov@te, click on the Steps (3rd bullet under 'AI VentureFactory System') and start working on each Step in order, starting with Step 1. Watch our proven venture building process (Innov@te) and its powerful AI agent build your venture step by step by step before your very eyes.
  

• For Each Step and Sub-Step:
  
  1. Click the "AI Generate" button to generate the output required to make that step happen, whether its defining what your startup does, or its early adopter target customer profile, its first full business plan with financial forecasts, or its go to market campaign, even building your first website - plus much, much more. You'll find powerful outputs designed specifically for your company at every stage of its growth.

  2. Copy the AI generated content and drop it in the Step section. Remember, AI outputs generate a first draft. It's up to you to turn the draft into its final form.
     
  3. Open the Docs app in the 'AI VentureFactory System' section and add the outputs there as well. You can then link to the Doc.
     
  4. Try and work through at least one Step or sub-Step a week, starting with Step 1.A.
     
  5. Now you're on your way!
