LettsGroup NewsFlash - July 2026

July NewsFlash - LettsGroup AI VentureFactory.

LettsGroup AI VentureFactory has continued its strong growth trajectory in July, adding more new business customers than in any previous month - surpassing even the strong June milestone of more than one new business customer per day. Total registered users, active users, and all key platform usage metrics have grown month-on-month, and this expanding, increasingly engaged user base has accelerated revenue growth. The growth remains almost entirely organic: although we are testing certain paid channels as we prepare to scale more aggressively from Q4 2026.

The qualitative signal is just as compelling as the quantitative one. Across the venture base, founders are completing Innov@te™ Framework steps and stages materially faster than before - with VentureFactory 1.7's platform improvements compounding the effect of the AI Co-Founder multi-agent capabilities. Where early cohorts took weeks to move through key validation stages, July's users are doing it in days. AI Co-Founders are enabling founders to scale and expand their execution capacity exponentially: running growth initiatives, investor outreach, managing product pipelines, tracking compliance, analysing financials and legals, and generating strategies and plans - in parallel, autonomously, overnight. The gap between what a solo founder or small team can achieve on VentureFactory versus off-platform is widening with every release. That gap is the business.

The first 250 business customers signing up to LettsGroup AI VentureFactory enjoy our launch discount pricing, even while VentureFactory capabilities grow significantly. They also get grandfathered in as prices start increasing from Q1 2027. If you have not yet, make sure to sign-up now at Letts.Group.

LettsGroup July 2026 Newsflash: Exciting Growth

VentureFactory 1.7 - Smarter, More Proactive, More Trustworthy

Released in July, VentureFactory 1.7 is a focused release that deepens some of the platform's most important day-to-day attributes including: multi-agent intelligence, venture asset and AI output trustworthiness, and interface usability. While not a headline architectural release, 1.7 delivers the kind of compounding improvements that increase daily active usage, and that translate directly into stronger retention metrics and longer customer lifetime value.

Our AI Models Upgraded - A Significant Upgrade Boosting Power, Accuracy and Capability
We've enhanced and upgraded a number of our AI models; making Innov@te™ Framework outputs, AI Co-Founders and Startup Intelligence significantly more powerful, specific and detailed - magnifying everything with your companies own memory.

AI Co-Founder Alerts - Proactive Intelligence, Not Passive Tools
An important capability addition in 1.7 is Co-Founder Alerts: real-time notifications delivered both inside the platform and by email whenever an AI Co-Founder flags an action, completes a task, or surfaces something that requires the human founder's attention. AI Co-Founders already work autonomously around the clock - 1.7 ensures that their output reaches founders in real time, without requiring a manual check-in. This will actively increase founder engagement and reduce the risk of important tasks falling through the cracks.

Verified Document Stamps - Governance at Scale
The VDR now supports a Verified stamp for approved documents - giving founders, co-founders, and investors a clear, auditable signal for which legal agreements, compliance records, and key reports have been formally signed off. This is not a cosmetic feature: it is the first step towards a platform-native governance and audit trail that becomes increasingly valuable as businesses raise capital, take on employees, and face regulatory scrutiny.

Agent Access to Full Compliance Data
A targeted but high-impact improvement in 1.7 ensures that AI Co-Founders now read the complete compliance list - not just the first number of items. This means agents can deliver more accurate, complete and compliant analysis and flag gaps across the full picture of a venture, rather than operating on a partial view. For founders building advanced solutions, or preparing for investors due diligence, this is a meaningful quality improvement.

Interface and Document Workspace Refinements
Navigation, sidebar layout, and the Startup Intelligence panel have all been resized and repositioned for a cleaner, more comfortable daily workspace. Image generation now supports multiple format sizes, with correctly dimensioned outputs for LinkedIn, social media, and presentations without workarounds. File exports and document sharing work reliably across all formats. These improvements reduce daily friction and increase the number of sessions that end in a completed output rather than a workaround.

The cumulative effect of 1.7 is a platform that is meaningfully more detailed, reliable, more trustworthy, and more proactive than its predecessor - and one that is better positioned to support the next wave of customer growth arriving in Q4.

VentureFactory 2.0 - Coming August 2026

Scheduled for release on 21 August 2026, VentureFactory 2.0 is a strategically significant release. It marks the transition from AI-assisted venture building to a genuinely AI-native, agentic operating system - one that connects founders directly to capital, arms agents with live real-world intelligence, and makes the platform's AI feel less like a tool and more like an always-on senior advisor or co-leader embedded in the business.

Dedicated Fundraising Agent - Connecting Founders to Capital
The headline feature of 2.0 is a specialist Fundraising Agent built natively within VentureFactory's Core Tool FundRaiser. This is not a chatbot or a template generator - it is a fully autonomous agent that delivers end-to-end fundraising capability: strategy development, asset readiness review, a ranked and categorised target investor list of prospects with contact details, plus investor marketing materials, structured email outreach programmes, and meeting coordination. The agent handles communications right through to close, maintaining its own inbox, documents, and tools. For a founder managing a live seed or Series A process, this is a step-change in what is possible with, or without, a human fundraising advisor.

Real-Time Web Browsing for Agents
From 2.0, Startup Intelligence and all AI Co-Founder agents gain the ability to browse the web in real time - including general web search, structured data sources, news and press monitoring, and direct URL fetching. This eliminates the training-data staleness that currently limits research quality and means agents can build genuinely current investor lists, find live competitor intelligence, pull real market data, and identify fresh leads - rather than drawing on information that may be months or years old.

Venture Intelligence - Always-On, Always Visible
The slide-out Startup Intelligence panel is replaced in 2.0 with a permanent, always-visible, and newly named Venture Intelligence right bar, subtitled Your Business Copilot. The change is deliberate: AI should not be something a founder opens and closes - it should be ambient, contextually aware, and present at every decision point. This UX shift reflects a broader philosophical commitment to building a platform where intelligence is structural, not optional, and software design is user-intent driven.

5-Year Forecast Integration
Finance OS gains the ability to re-run and update the 5-year financial forecast using models developed in Innov@te™ Execute Steps or Startup Intelligence, and to set that model as the canonical forecast referenced by all future agent outputs, step executions, and investor-facing materials. A single source of financial truth, shared across the entire platform.

Auto-Tagging, Internal Asset Linking, and VDR Intelligence
On first save of any new Venture Asset, the platform will auto-generate up to eight contextually relevant tags - improving search relevance and agent context retrieval across the VDR. Internal asset linking via URL will allow documents, agents, and step outputs to cross-reference specific assets directly, creating a navigable knowledge web. Together, these improvements make the VDR a genuinely intelligent document environment, and brain of the business, rather than a simple file store.

Growth Engine → Google Analytics Integration
VentureFactory's Core Tool, Growth Engine, connects to live Google Analytics data in 2.0, replacing manually entered funnel estimates with verified, real-time traffic and conversion data. Combined with the Co-Founder agent triggers already in place, this gives founders a closed-loop growth system: live data in, AI-driven actions out.

Customer Health Scores, Global Search, and Team Context
Additional 2.0 improvements include a Customer Health Score field (Green / Amber / Red) on growth lead records for structured churn risk tracking; a Global Search capability spanning the entire platform; team member bios surfaced as context within the Innov@te™ Framework; and a Bulk Delete and Undelete capability in Venture Assets. These are quality-of-life improvements that collectively reduce daily friction and increase the platform's utility for growing teams.

VentureFactory 2.0 is not an incremental update. It is one of the platform's more consequential releases - one that connects founders to capital autonomously, arms every agent with live world intelligence, and positions LettsGroup VentureFactory as the operating system through which serious founders build, fund, and scale their ventures.
