Getting Started
What is LettsGroup AI VentureFactory and what can I do with it?+
VentureFactory is the all-in-one, AI-native venture building platform. It guides you through the Innov@te Framework step by step, generates real venture outputs with AI (plans, strategies, product specs, pitch narratives, financial models), and keeps everything organised in one connected system — from idea to exit.
How do I sign up and start building?+
Choose a plan on the pricing page (Free or paid) and follow the secure sign-up flow. After sign-up you can open your first venture and start building immediately — no credit card needed for Free.
What should I do in my first 10 minutes? (Quick start)+
Create (or open) your first venture, pick your next Innov@te step, generate your first output with Execute Step, and save it to Venture Assets (VDR). That's the fastest way to make real progress.
What is a “venture” and should I create more than one?+
A venture is your workspace for one business or project. Start with one venture until you have a clear reason to split (different ideas, different teams, or separate clients).
How do I generate outputs with AI (Execute) and save them?+
Use Execute Step inside a step (or sub-step) to generate an AI draft. After reviewing and editing, save it to Venture Assets (VDR) so it becomes a reusable venture asset that future outputs learn from.
Which plan should I start with (Free vs Build vs Scale vs Enterprise)?+
Start with Free or Build for early exploration and solo work. Move to Scale when you need unlimited steps, Venture Assets upload/export, the Agent Store, analytics and all Self-Driving Modes. Choose Enterprise for multiple ventures, advanced analytics, more integrations and a dedicated account manager.
Do I need integrations (Agent Store / MCP) to get started?+
No. Most users get going with Innov@te steps, Execute Step and saving outputs to Venture Assets. Integrations are optional and mainly useful later for more advanced workflows or external tools.
Innov@te Framework
What is Innov@te and how do I use it?+
Innov@te is VentureFactory's step-by-step venture building system — 7 multi-year stages, each with dozens of steps and hundreds of sub-steps, from Creativity and @HA Idea through 1st Strike Concept, Market Entry, Market Development and Market Dominance to Exit. You move through stages and steps, generate outputs with AI, and save what you need as Venture Assets.
Venture Intelligence
How can the AI help me day-to-day in VentureFactory?+
Use the built-in Venture Intelligence agent (chat and voice) to ask questions, get explanations and generate drafts while you work through steps. It understands your venture context, scores your business health, and references Innov@te and external sources so you always know the next best move.
Dashboard
What should I look at first on the Dashboard?+
Start with your venture progress and next steps. The dashboard is your overview: Innov@te progress, business health, burn rate, tasks, team and your saved assets.
Ventures
How do I set up a new venture?+
Open the Ventures section, click + New Venture, complete the form and press Create. You need to be on the Scale or Enterprise plan to create additional ventures.
AI Co-Founders
What are AI Co-Founders?+
AI Co-Founders are a multi-agent AI team that executes alongside you — building product, launching GTM, running finance, legal and ops. They are persistent teammates with names, roles, memory and real authority to act, not one-off chat prompts. The result is the self-driving business: around 5X team productivity across one connected dashboard.
How do I set up my AI Co-Founders?+
A guided flow proposes a starting crew based on your company profile — accept it, tune it, then assign tasks, set schedules and give them tools. AI Co-Founders are pay-as-you-go multi-agents available on every plan, including Free.
What can AI Co-Founders actually do for my business?+
They plan strategy, build product, launch go-to-market, track traction, deliver fundraising and run operations — triggering Core Tools and Innov@te steps for you. You can run the framework yourself, or let your AI Co-Founders run it for you and simply review and approve the output.
FundRaiser
What is FundRaiser?+
FundRaiser is VentureFactory's built-in fundraising tool: pitch narratives, investor-ready decks, an investor CRM and deal room (Investor-Connect), plus our new end-to-end fundraising agent that runs any raise with you — fast, focused and original routes to capital.
How does the end-to-end fundraising agent work?+
The agent works through your raise like a co-founder would: shaping the narrative, generating the deck and data, building and prioritising your investor pipeline, running outreach, and keeping every document in your secure Venture Assets data room for diligence.
Which plans include FundRaiser and Investor-Connect?+
Pitch narratives and decks are part of the Core Tools available across plans, and Investor-Connect is included from the Build plan upwards. Scale and Enterprise add higher AI credit limits, export of Venture Assets and the Agent Store for more advanced fundraising workflows.
Self-Driving Mode
What is Self-Driving Mode and how do I start?+
Self-Driving Mode automatically executes steps for you. Start it from the Self-Driving controls in the navigation (where available on your plan), or by opening a specific stage, step or sub-step with auto-execute enabled. Review the outputs and save the good ones to Venture Assets.
Core Apps
What are “Core Apps” in VentureFactory?+
Core Apps are the product suite available from the Core Apps screen. Each tile opens a dedicated product experience for a specific use case — from AI content marketing to equity and investor management. Some apps are live today and others are marked coming soon.
Product Builder
How do I manage my product tasks (Product Builder)?+
Use Product Builder as your product workspace and Kanban board: spin up prototypes, roadmaps and specs, add tasks to the backlog, move them into progress and mark them complete. You can sync with GitHub and deliver product marketing materials on the fly. Keep tasks small and outcome-focused.
Growth Engine
What is the Growth Engine and how do I use it?+
Growth Engine runs your GTM motions: acquisition funnel and campaign tracking, AI business development and agentic email programmes. Start by logging one campaign and tracking signups and paid users so you can see what's working.
Finance OS
How do I track money in VentureFactory (Finance OS)?+
Use Finance OS to log income and expenses, then review key metrics like burn rate, runway, MRR and ARR, plus forecasts and multi-year models — managed by your CFO AI Co-Founder. Start simple: add transactions first, then check your burn rate.
Legal & IP
What is Legal & IP Shield (and when should I use it)?+
Legal & IP Shield helps you set up your entity and organise and track legal basics like cap table, compliance, contracts and IP assets — handled in-system and expanded with Venture Intelligence. Use it early to avoid losing track as the venture grows.
Venture Assets (VDR)
Where do my documents and AI outputs go? (Venture Assets / VDR)+
Your saved outputs live in Venture Assets — your virtual data room (VDR). It's the organised, ultra-secure home for every AI-generated document and upload, with no AI leakage. It also acts as the central brain for your business, so VentureFactory's AI improves the more you use it, and it doubles as a great due diligence space.
Agent Store
What is the Agent Store (and do I need it to get started)?+
The Agent Store is a curated library of extra AI agents and tools for specific tasks like design, research and marketing. Selected agents appear inside the relevant Innov@te steps — just click the button. You can get started without it; agents become useful when you want more specialised tools.
I've built a B2B AI agent or app — can I list it?+
Yes. Submit your agent or app to the VentureFactory Agent Store and get it in front of hundreds of startups and scale-ups. It's free to submit — sign up and use the Submit AI Agent flow.
Team
How do I invite my team and what can they access?+
Invite teammates from the Team page in the sidebar. Add them by email and choose a role: Owner (full control), Admin (can invite, manage roles and run work) or Member (can contribute and execute steps based on access).
How do I add users (team seats) to my plan?+
Go to Settings/Account → Plans & Subscription to upgrade and add seats. Scale and Enterprise plans can also purchase extra seats per venture (£4.99/month on Scale, £3.99/month on Enterprise).
Account & Plans
How do plans and limits work (steps, ventures, team seats)?+
Limits depend on your plan. Step limits reset monthly per venture, venture limits are account-wide, and team seats are per venture. If you hit a limit, upgrade or reduce usage.
Do you offer annual billing or discounts?+
Yes. Plans can be billed monthly or annually, and annual billing includes an 8.33% discount.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?+
Yes. Change your plan from the Account/Settings page (Plans & Subscription). Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Can I cancel anytime? What happens if I cancel?+
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time and your account stays active until the end of your current billing period. There's no lock-in.
Messaging
Where do I see messages and notifications?+
Use the in-app notification centre for updates and alerts. Some notifications can also be sent by email depending on your settings and delivery mode.
How should I use Messaging as a new user?+
Messaging is your notification centre for invites, step and asset activity, and system updates. Use the filter to show only what you need — unread vs all, or specific notification types.
Feedback
How do I give feedback or report an issue?+
There are two types of feedback: venture feedback, which goes straight into your venture's Product Backlog, and VentureFactory feedback, which goes to the VentureFactory team (bugs, feature requests, platform issues). Choose the right option from the dashboard feedback entry point.
