October NewsFlash - LettsGroup AI VentureFactory and its Ventures.
LettsGroup AI VentureFactory now has over 175 businesses registered on its agentic venture building platform, up from 130 in September's issue, and in the last two weeks adding nearly 2 new startups or scale-ups every day. The trend line is steepening, and the team now expects the average monthly run-rate in H2 2027 to point to a thousand-plus businesses signing up to VentureFactory on a forward annual basis.
The signals behind that confidence are stacking up. Month on month revenues keep growing, with subscription revenue joined by a rising pay-as-you-go layer for agent-driven work. Four major releases (2.0, 2.1, 2.2 and 2.3 Phase 1) have shipped in under three months, each one widening the product and deepening the data moat. VentureFactory now boasts multiple proprietary layers. The new Start Fast sign-up now takes a founder from a pasted website to a primed dashboard in under a minute, and the new Orchestration Layer has already logged thousands of decision points in its first weeks. Growth is still almost entirely organic, and the wider push begins this quarter.
Our first 250 business customers keep their launch discount pricing, fully grandfathered as prices rise from Q1 2027. Not signed up yet? Letts.Group.

VentureFactory 2.2 and 2.3 Phase 1 - Released October 2026
Two releases in three weeks. 2.1 gave the platform memory. 2.2 gives it judgement. 2.3 Phase 1 puts that judgement to work across product, customers, finance and capital.
2.2 (released 9 October): the platform learns to decide.
- Orchestration Layer. For every task, the platform now reads the venture's state, the risk involved and the evidence available, then picks the right model, agent, tool and level of human approval. Every decision adds to a proprietary dataset that compounds with each venture. In testing, Venture Intelligence (chat- and voice-mode) became noticeably faster and more direct.
- Start Fast sign-up. Paste your website, add a name and email, and land in a dashboard that already knows your business. It is built to lift activation and cut acquisition cost just as paid channels switch on. Try it at Letts.Group/start-fast.
- Co-founder inbox and CRM sync. Label an email in Gmail or Outlook and an AI Co-Founder summarises it, logs it, files it and drafts the reply. HubSpot sync brings contacts and sent-email history into FundRaiser and Growth Engine, alongside richer LinkedIn and email discovery for investors and prospects.
- Agent Scout and bigger workspaces. The Agent Store now refreshes itself weekly with vetted third-party AI agents. Scale plans support up to 5 workspaces and Enterprise up to 100, opening the door to multi-venture customers on our higher-value tiers, supporting corporate incubators, VCs, accelerators and venture studios.
2.3 Phase 1 (now live): intelligence you can trust, across the whole business.
- Venture Eval (beta). A weekly evaluation of startup progress that checks outputs and overall venture progress for accuracy, stage relevance, evidence traceability and consistency. Trust becomes a feature. It is one of the first end-to-end startup evaluation systems.
- Fact Check. One click in any Venture Asset (VDR) checks the facts and adds sources.
- Live platform stats and Core Tools activity view. Signups, active and paying users and MRR, with week-on-week movement, now feed the AI Co-Founders directly, while a new dashboard view shows where your week went.
- Xero and Stripe in Finance OS. Live books, plus the option to bring your own forecast model.
- Portfolio Manager agent. A new AI Co-Founder for Scale and Enterprise plans that watches, analyses and acts across sub-ventures. The bridge to advanced agentic tech which intelligently screens and connects VentureFactory startups and scale-ups to relevant capital (to be fully launched in November).
- Chained next steps, images and websites. Venture Intelligence now links steps together and calls external agents, with no "Continue" buttons, alongside a stronger image generator and web page builder.
- Single sign-on, Contacts CRM and lead source tracking. One login across every vertical Core App. Growth Engine gains a Contacts hub for PR, Users, Prospects, Partners and Influencers, plus visibility of which campaigns actually convert.
- Ask the Team. Founders can now chat directly with us from the Feedback tool.
For customers and investors alike, the pattern is clear: each release makes the platform smarter, stickier and worth more at the higher plan tiers.

LettsGroup AI VentureFactory Core Apps
LettsCore released its V1 platform, bringing blockchain-tracked ownership, provenance, security and AI tagging to content and media management as it scales from thousands to tens of thousands of users. Watch out for its launch announcements.
Jot announced its first brand partnership with The Ministry (from Ministry of Sound) which brings the power of Jot to its creative co-working business. LettsArt continues to build on its base of over 2,000 galleries, 8,950 artworks and 7,600 art collectors, with the AI Art Agent (curating galleries, organising collections and running pricing and marketing strategy) on track for November launch. October saw the launch of the LettsArt Assistant bringing broader agentic features across its platform and public website.
LettsNews is live in the market following the LettsNews 1 launch at the end of August. Its multi-agent NewsAgent takes a single prompt to a fact-checked, publish-ready story in minutes, and focus is now on scalable customer acquisition and early monetisation.

From first-time founders to serial entrepreneurs, the builders on the platform are shipping faster and leaner. Jot went from idea to MVP launch in months, RIX is building an ambitious insurance industry exchange from idea to launch, Bavlio has accelerated its time to market, and Reserve builds strategy and planning frameworks in hours, not weeks. Partners supporting the platform include SFC Capital, Cambridge Capital Group, Friends of Bata and Beyond Impact VC.
Serial entrepreneur Richard Arton puts it in one line: he "got done in 5 hours what it has taken me three months on ChatGPT".
The platform's published benchmarks point the same way: up to 70% lower cost-to-build than typical costs of taking a tech or digital business to Seed, and 40%+ faster time to market.
